_SHIPPING
Currently available to ship within Canada, United States, United Kingdom and specific European countries.
$11 within Canada
$17 within United States
$20 within United Kingdom
$23 within Belgium, Germany, France, Netherlands, Sweden
All orders are shipped with tracking.
We are not responsible for customs, import duties, taxes and any lost or stolen items after the order is marked as shipped. Candles may come with minor blemishes/imperfections, but if your order arrives severely damaged please contact: sales@santos.studio within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Due to COVID-19 packages may take longer than usual to arrive.
_PROCESSING
Please allow for up to 14 business days to process your order. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items after the order is marked as shipped. Candles may come with minor blemishes/imperfections, but if your candle arrives severely damaged please contact sales@santos.studio within 48 hours of receiving your order.
_CUSTOM ORDERS
Currently not accepting custom/commission orders.
_CANCEL/MODIFY ORDER
Possible as long as your order has not shipped. Contact sales@santos.studio to cancel/modify your order during the processing stage.
